The ICAO English test exam that lets you fly

Speaking English is now an international obligation imposed on all pilots by the International Civil Aviation Organization  (ICAO).

So all pilots  (private or professional) using radiotelephony communications will  be required, from now on, to have attached to their licence, the Certificate of "English Language Proficiency" demonstrating their proficiency in plain language.
